Soon we'll open registrations for the next season. Due to the popularity, we'll offer Quake Live, of course. As many (all?) Q3-players now seem to play QL and QL being very similar to Q3, it would make sense to kick Q3 and "replace" it with QL.
Q3 will probably lack enough players/clans, as the majority switched to QL. So it may not make much sense to offer Q3 once again. On the other hand QL-TDM is not so competitive, yet, as it lacks good TDM-maps at the moment. For Q3-TDM there exist many good TDM-maps.
This all leads to the question, if we should offer another Q3-season. As only TDM-4on4 and TDM-2on2 went smoothly and were actually finished last season, only these two mods are to be discussed for next season.
For a final decision, we want to have the opinions of several clans, especially of those who would participate. When there are enough clans, that want to play another season, we might run another one. Keep in mind, that we'll definitely offer QL-TDM-4on4!
So please write a short comment:

5) How are chances that your clan will actually finish the league?
Please try to be as honest as possible. A bunch of participants that just sign up without thinking and afterwards drop before the league is finished (because they rather concentrate to play QL) does not help anyone. If we will offer another season depends mostly on the motivation of potential participants, so also show this motivation in your postings :) |

General rules:
Matches that don't have a result until the deadlines (see below) will be a default loss (0 points) for both clans! As usual clans having two default loss will be removed from the league.
Keep that deadlines also in mind when using a wildcard!

The schedules for the upcoming season are online for TDM, CTF and 2on2!
You have to keep the following things in mind:
Q3TDM 4on4:
Important: Keep in mind to set your homemap within the deadline! The deadline is 1 week (=7*24h) before the match (for the first match there is no deadline). You can play every map only once in the season!
You can set the map for the first match until the official time of the match as there is no deadline.
For the 2nd match, you have to set it 1 week before, that means you have time until the first match starts officially. For the 3rd match you must set the map before the 2nd match starts officially and so on.
If for a certain match the map is not set within the deadline, we will set one randomly.
All mods:
1. For the first match there is no deadline to chose your map.
2. For adding players to your squad there is also no deadline. All players will be allowed to play the first match when they have been added to the according squad (adding them just to the clan is not enough, though), no matter what date stands under "Allowed to play" |

UPDATE:
We will delay the start one more week as there are still some issues with clans wanting to play in another division. We want to sort these issues first instead of starting now and having drops because the clans are not happy.
But in your own interrest we need to set a deadline for your requests for changing divisions, otherwise we will have to delay the start again and again.
So last deadline for this stuff is Sunday 15th 23:59 CET!
The schedules will go online next Wednesday. After that, we won't be able to change the divisions!
Please also have a look at the threads! Some clans are looking for a clan to change the division with them (2on2 right now, but 4on4 also might come, who knows).
UPDATE 2:
EXEC and SP will play a qualifier for the 2on2-Premiership. Rules for the qualifier can be found in the thread for the 2on2 groups.
UPDATE 3:
As it wasn't really clear before:
- The schedules will go online Wednesday 18th of March (TDM 4on4 and CTF)
- The TDM 2on2 schedules will go online on Friday 20th of March or after the qualifier has been played
- The first matchweek will start on Sunday 22nd of March. Depending on your division's playing day your first match will be on Sunday (TDM 4on4 PS) or later next week.
